Shipping policy
effiniti is a small one-person business, which may occasionally result in delays in shipping orders. As mentioned earlier, orders will be shipped with good protection to minimize any damage caused by the shipping company.All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Successfully placed orders will receive an order email-confirmation with your order details. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk email folder before emailing us about missing confirmation emails.
Unfortunately, effiniti has no control over delays during shipping once the order has been handed over to the shipping company. Therefore, you may have to wait for your order, even if it takes longer than usual. Missing packages will be a consequence of the shipping company's negligence and, unfortunately, cannot be attributed to effiniti. Nevertheless, effiniti always aims to help find a solution. In most cases, this can be resolved by offering a discount or repurchasing the product (conditions that all the fees, including the reshipping fees (must be tracked shipping) are paid by the buyer, if it is in stock).

For Domestic orders, we have on this moment Tracked shipping and Tracked shipping insured for theft.
Tracked Shipping (Track and Trace)
If you chose Tracked shipping as your shipping option, we will ship your order with a tracking number.After your order is shipped, you will get a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracked Shipping insured for theft ( Track and Trace Verzekerd tegen diefstal)
If you choose Tracked Shipping (verzekerd tegen diefstal) as your Shipping option, we will ship your order with a tracking number. After your order is shipped, you will get a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
For International orders we have only Tracked Shipping.
Tracked Shipping ( Track and Trace)
If you choose Tracked Shipping as your Shipping option, we will ship your order with a tracking number. After your order is shipped, you will get a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated Shipping Times
International deliveries may take longer to arrive. Your package might be delayed during holidays seasons.
The estimated shipping times:

Europe 1-6 weeks
International 3-16 weeks
Country’s where there’s no delivery possible
Due to Covid-19 or other reasons, there is no delivery possible at this moment. These orders will be canceled.

Customs and Import Taxes
When buying items abroad from us, you may be required to pay additional costs such as customs duties, VAT and other import fees.
We are not responsible for any customs and import taxes applied to your order and not responsible for delays due to customs.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
Do not ask to us to adjust or forge item values on customs forms. This is illegal.
If the buyer refuses to pay the customs or/and the import taxes and we get the order returned to us, we will not refund the order and the shipping fees.

The reshipment request must be settled within 14 days after we have informed the buyer of the returned package. After we agree about this, the buyer have 14 days to complete the requested reshipment fees.
If the buyer does not pay within the agreed term, the products will be put back in the shop for sale.
