Cancelations, Refunds and Return Policy

If your product(s) arrived damaged, please send us a picture.
Please check a couple of times if everything is correct before placing an order. We will accept refunds, exchanges and cancelations within in certain cases. After an hour we will we will NOT cancel your order.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. However, the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are your responsibility. Please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories, and if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, should be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@effiniti.nl
We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after receiving your return, provided that the product has been received back in good order. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returning.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS:
Orders outside the Netherlands may be returned if they are products that do not fall under hygiene items; these include all items except clothing.
Cancelations and Exchanges
You CAN cancel your order within 2hours after ordering your products. After the cancellation, we will refund your purchase. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after cancellations.
We do NOT accept exchanges.
Lost packages
If a tracked package is lost or stolen during the transit and your order didn’t arrive 20 days after the estimated shipping time.
Unfortunately, effiniti has no control over delays during shipping once the order has been handed over to the shipping company. Therefore, you may have to wait for your order, even if it takes longer than usual. Missing packages will be a consequence of the shipping company's negligence and, unfortunately, cannot be attributed to effiniti. Nevertheless, effiniti always aims to help find a solution. In most cases, this can be resolved by offering a discount or repurchasing the product (conditions that all the fees, including the reshipping fees (must be tracked shipping) are paid by the buyer, if it is in stock).

If the buyer submitted the wrong shipping address, and the order is already shipped.
If your order didn’t arrive after 20 business days after the estimated shipping time, please contact us by our contact form. We are happy to send a replacement again under the conditions that all the fees, including the reshipping fees (must be tracked shipping) are paid by the buyer. The fees must be paid within 14 days after the buyer informed us. Please contact us by our contact form on our website.
Important!
If your child under the age of 15 ordered products on our website and the parents (you) didn't consent to this, we can stil cancel the order and refund the purchase. We can cancel en refund it within an hour after ordering the products. It's possible that we can cancel the order also after an hour but the chance is very low!
